Power light services

We are a local company offering you the support you need in a timely manner. We are aware of the fiscal pressures that are borne on the Landlord and statutory requirements that need to be fulfilled to ensure compliance. As well as the services detailed below, we would be pleased to carry out Landlord review reports on individual dwellings that detail where compliance has been met and if further work is necessary, together with a report detailing such recommendations and suggested actions.

Our core activities include:

1) Plumbing

We employ trade specific persons that are qualified to undertake:

  • a)   Water Services
  • b)   Central Heating Systems
  • c)   Gas :- including Landlord Safety Checks, Heating and Cooking supplies
  • d)   Unvented Heating
  • e)   Design and Maintenance works

We are registered with Gas Safe and hold the required Competence Qualifications

2) Electrical

Again, all our electricians are fully qualified, are individually registered with NAPIT for compliance under Part P of the Building regulations, and are able to deliver

  • a)   PAT (Portable Appliance Testing)
  • b)   Periodic Electrical Installation Inspections
  • c)   Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Electrical Installations
  • d)   Fault Finding
  • e)   Design and Maintenance works
  • f)   Fire and Smoke Alarm Systems
  • g)   Emergency Lighting
  • h)   Automatic Smoke Ventilation Arrangements

3) Building

Our professional Building tradesmen have many years experience, enabling us to offer the full range of building works in compliance with all current Building Regulations, In addition, we can carry out full design and regulation compliance drawings for the larger projects together with planning application and professional management services.

We carry comprehensive insurance, both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity, and offer a professional supportive service to cover all your needs.
